Getting contractors through a 100-question assessment

Contractors kept missing questions in long tabbed assessments of 50 to 100 questions. I designed a guided flow with one topic per screen and progress that shows what's left. Completion went from 70% to 93%.

Vantage, a design system for designers, PMs, and AI

Veriforce runs five products on five design libraries, with 10 designers for about 30 PMs. I built Vantage, one system for designers and non-designers alike, so PMs, developers, and their AI tools build with design's components and patterns: the theme locks the look in code, and written guidelines teach the behavior. About 4 micro-frontends run on it so far.

Getting more shoppers to checkout

Shoppers were leaving a slow, cluttered storefront at every step. Using analytics, heat maps, session recordings, and customer emails, I redesigned the pages between the homepage and checkout. Homepage drop-off fell from 50–60% to 20–30%, and product pages went from 4.2s to 1.8s to load.

Moving Highwire's three apps onto one design system

Highwire's front end stacked Bootstrap, Tailwind, PrimeNG, and custom CSS, so the same button or table looked different from page to page. I fixed the load order, themed PrimeNG, and built the custom components, and the system rolled out across three apps.

Clickable prototypes in Figma Make, built on our real components. PMs and stakeholders react to the real thing before engineering commits.

The theme sets the look and the guidelines set the behavior, and AI tools follow both when PMs and engineers build screens.
